Kosovars escape isolation 7 days after returning from sea due to clashes in Government

Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti failed to hire the ministers to the executive he leads over the week-long isolation proposal of all returning from Albania. This issue remained only a proposal, and was not even sent to the government's meeting for a vote after the coalition parties' disagreements, the AAK and the Initiative. Except with [...]
In addition to dialogue, parties that are part of the ruling coalition are facing problems even with how the situation with the pandemic is being managed.
Numerous criticisms in the direction of Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti have had AAK leader Ramush Haradinaj, who is also the LDK's main partner in government.
Haradinaj has asked Hoti to find a solution to holding weddings, especially for gastronomia, criticising the decision to close after 9:00.
Prime Minister Hoti unity in the ministers failed to find even for the proposal made two days ago, amid preventative measures to spread pandemic.
Annie why was it proposed that the Government vote on all who return from Albania to isolate themselves for a week in their homes, that has once again spread the differences within the executive.
The first to react were from Haradinaj's AAK. Foreign Affairs Minister Melza Haradinaj through a Facebook script said she would not vote on such a proposal.
Even, according to Haradinaj, the proposals for increased measures by seeking the negative test at the border with Albania are absurd.
There's a large number of our citizens who are already in Albania, and in the absence of tests, it's totally absurd to isolate themselves to about 100,000 citizens, without any basis. The logic of total border isolation has brought only damage, especially to those needing health care outside Kosovo! I'll vote THAT proposal. The measures recommended by the IKSHP should be fully respected by citizens, but not to isolate ourselves and further deepen the crisis. Hygiene, distance and mask! So simple”, Haradinaj wrote yesterday.
Pos AAKs also reacted to the Social Democrat Initiative. Deputy Prime Minister Albulen Balaj-Halimaj said such a decision cannot be made without co-ordinating with Albania.
There's no way we can make a unilateral decision as Government. I've rejected that decision, and it doesn't come up with that”, it's Balaj-Halim.
Until this decision failed to make reconciliation to be put to the polls, Health Minister Armend Zemaj travelled to Tirana, where he was hosted by his counterpart, Ogerta Manastirliu.
He said that with the minister they have been co-ordinated regarding any action to be taken by the two states.
This meeting has been between two field ministers to coordinate for any action undertaken by the Kosovo government and Albania. We've been co-ordinated to have controls done at the border points so we can have evidence for access and exit”, Zemaj said.
The Kosovo government last night has taken a series of new measures. Among them, meanwhile, is not what forces citizens to isolate themselves a week home after returning from Albania.
