The Council for Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms, following the prosecution proposal by President Hashim Thaci and PDK Chairman Kadri Veselini, have praised that this government, with this power of vote that it does not have, should neither speak nor allow decisions to be made for a big deal with Serbia when Kosovo, thanks to the imposed circumstances, is in a complete defansive.
KMDLNj says that Prime Minister Hoti must be relieved of immediate enthusiasm and must face reality meaning that nothing can do without the opposition.
KMDLNY response:
B SEDATIONS WITH SERBIN, it is necessary T WHICH FOR A EARTH TIME!
After publicising the indictment proposal, without confirmation by the pre-procedure judge, who poses serious violation of the procedure and without any doubt serious human rights violations of President Hashim Thaci and former Parliament Speaker, as well as PDK leader Kadri Veseli, a new situation was created in Kosovo that radically changes priorities. It is clear that one of those who are global decision-makers has not been interested in continuing talks on the previous composition. The Special Court's crackdown had a very political and very little legal order and purpose; imposing continuing talks on Kosovo under completely uneven conditions and favouring Serbia when it has a team of highest-level representatives and that Kosovo does not have. It was good that Prime Minister Hoti did not go to Washington, it would be better not to go to Paris either because, with a limited negotiating team, there would be no credibility and no right, not to make any big decision but not even to talk about decisions of the big” “.
Prime Minister Hoti, calling to the Kosovo Constitutional Court's decision, may also be right, but because of the imposed circumstances, mainly for political reasons, Kosovo must suspend talks with Serbia, until another time despite the insistence of France and Germany, on behalf of the EU which, at least until now, has been unfair to Kosovo citizens, enabling them to free their movement. Kosovo is currently facing problems far more important than having talks with a hostile state such as Serbia; fighting the pandemic caused by COVID-19 and the extreme poverty of the vast majority of its citizens. The current government has a huge lack of negotiating capacity, as if it was very fragile, because of numbers and compounds in terms of sustainability, so they didn't believe it in the negotiation process as long as it was facing major problems in managing the pandemic, where the situation has only escalated.
If a government with broad representation is not secured where the opposition would have the country deserved in accordance with the power of the vote, then it should seriously think of new elections. This government, with this power of vote that it does not have, should neither talk nor let it make decisions for a big deal with Serbia when Kosovo, thanks to imposed circumstances, is in full defansive. Prime Minister Hoti must be relieved of his immediate enthusiasm and must face the reality that means there is nothing he can do without opposition.
The talks present no priority or interest for Kosovo because its citizens are facing violation of basic human right; the right to life which forms the foundation on which all other rights are built.
