Kelmendi has orders prior to announcing additional measures against COVID-19.

Former Kosovo MP and businessman Ramiz Kelmendi has come up with several recommendations before the responsible institutions make any decision regarding additional measures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Kelmendi, through a Facebook post, has said that the announcement of the state of emergency struggle with pandemic is different from those of war and natural disasters.

After declaring any additional measures resulting with non-compliance, then, it will be failure like decision-making and decision-making institutions. It will be a failure both citizens and our moral, individual, collective, political, and others. We have no right whatsoever to carry and infect any citizens and family members, whether young or old, without him. That's because, we're being killers”, Kelmendi wrote.

These are easier manageable, but that's the highest degree of the Institution Act.

In view of past measures and the difficult implementation of them for many causes, we have collectively noted that,

1. Citizens in large measure still do not believe that the virus is real. There is no visual visual evidence that will promote citizen care.

3. During various meetings, they are being released from protective measures to drink coffee, eat food, or light a cigarette, and no emphasis is being observed by the guide.

4. Citizens while standing in space away from major roads and squares are being released from fines. Even while in the neighborhood, family circles are thinking that the virus is not invited to these environments.

Witnessing all these phenomena and seeing the measures made with firm decisions, it turns out that their implementation is not getting enough citizen support and that the sheer increase in the number of infected people and deaths confirms this disturbing fact, so that any other measure that is necessary and should be taken by any label, should be accompanied by public hierarchic respect.

A) Every executive decision-making institution, institutional, political or part of it, to understand and believe in Virus, believes in personal immunity or not, should respect itself as an example and implement the decision precisely.

b) Every citizen with the same alleged epithet needs self-respect and perseverance in implementing the measures according to the decision.
