Mustafa has used this address for citizens to express even his political positions on dialogue.
He says he has expressed support for the overall course of dialogue that Hoti and Hyseni have put, in which specifically political and non-technical dialogue is required, which would give Kosovo an inclusive agreement with mutual recognition as part of it, writes Periscopi.
The responsibility for the dialogue falls on the ruling coalition, while the ownership of the dialogue belongs to the constitutional parliamentary majority and no subject apart.” has further said Professor Mustafa.
In this part, Mustafa appears to have hit the Vetevendosje Movement, which has openly rejected the Government's efforts in dialogue.

Honored Citizens
I had a telephone conversation with Mr. Skender Hyseni, State Coordinator for Dialogue. I expressed my and LDK support for the course that there is no particular agreement, outside the comprehensive agreement resulting in mutual recognition. That dialogue is completely political and results in interstate political agreement for mutual recognition.
It's also to be praised for the clear statement from the State Coordinator meeting, Mr. Enter with Mr. Philip Reeker, Assistant Secretary for Europe and Eurasian at the American State Department, proving the commitment and active role of the US in the dialogue process.
Strong support must be given to Prime Minister Hoti, the Government, as well as to all state mechanisms that advance this political dialogue. The responsibility for dialogue falls on the ruling coalition, while the ownership of dialogue belongs to the constitutional parliamentary majority and no subject apart. IM
