In the absence of quorum at the Committee for the Rights and Interests of Communities and Kthim has not been considered the Bill on Fulfilling and Changing Law No.07/ L-001 on budgetary divisions for the Kosovo Republic budget for 2020, with amendments from the functional Commission on Board and Transfers reported.
The chairman of this commission, Albert Kinoll, stressed that of the 18 members, only seven deputies are present and there is no quorum for examining this agenda.
LDK MP Fetah Rudi stressed that as long as he has responded to this commission meeting, he cannot understand why other MPs are not at the meeting.
Even deputy Elmi Recica stressed that for the sake of the plight of the pandemic, The PDK supports the revision, and for the sake of citizens MPs must be aware of their work to participate in the commission.
Not MPs from the Serbian List were present.
