Initiative: Bad Efforts Against Us Will Fail

The Social Democrat Initiative has reacted after several members left the party, saying that at the moment when unity is needed, political partners have continued to seduce its members and by exercising other forms of pressure.
We know that in all political parties, there are greedy people who put their own interests not only on the party, but also on the interests of the nation and the state. And they show the true face in the most critical moments of”, says the Initiative's response.

MP Haxhi Shala has joined The AAK, thus making the Parliamentary Group Initiative disappear, while the AAK has also attended the helm of the Initiative's youth in Drenas.

Since the initiative to establish the Social Democrat NISM, we have faced continuing efforts to undermine the creation of this new political force. These malicious efforts took on far greater proportions during parliamentary elections in 2014. During the time when all go out in the campaign to convince the electorate for their programmes, an unprecedented campaign so far began against us, in order to prevent the representation of the Social Democrat NISM voters in the Kosovo Assembly.

Our party members and sympathies greatly experienced this campaign of slander, intrigue, and temptation that was used against us because it came mainly from people with whom we had a common past. However, no one could stop the will of tens of thousands of voters who were mobilized to prevail over schemers and slanderers: NISMA Social Democrat then ( NISMA for Kosovo) became part of the Kosovo Assembly!

Putting state interest first, NISMA Social Democrats exceeded all the intercepts that we were set up on our journey and implemented the harmonisation policy of positions in the interest of Kosovo. Unfortunately, the political partners we offered support to and those with full promises that “are people who keep their word”, for a moment they do not interrupt their actions against us! Rather, in all cases of opportunity, they have tried to harm him THE Social Democrat. Efforts to destroy the voice of Social Democrat NISM voters were added, especially during the recent parliamentary elections. Despite all the methods used to keep us out of the Kosovo Assembly, the invincible will of the members and of NISMA sympathies prevailed.

Seeing the historical context through which our country passes and the risks facing Kosovo, NISMA Social Democrat came out with a view to harmonising attitudes and co-ordinating actions in the function of dealing with injustice to the KLA's fair war. And just in these difficult moments for our country, when we need unity, those who beat tits that “are people of the word” went on to seduce our members and other forms of pressure, only to harm THE Social Democrat!

We know that in all political parties, there are greedy people who put their interests not only on the party but also on the interests of the nation and the state. And they show true faces in the most critical moments.

However, we will not change our political orientation to put the interests of the country first, and we have full conviction that this can be done even better without those who put their personal interest first. We are confident that all malicious efforts against us will fail because the will of the members, sympathies and leadership structures of the Social Democrats is far greater than someone else's greed and intrigues!
