Prime Minister Hoti, in his resume about the actions of the Government of Kosovo for management of the COVID-19, has said that the opening of society and along with the economy, after that drastic closure, “but that it was necessary by June, has found the country unwilling to co-exist with the virus until the moment of its defeat, for which today the country is paying a non-free price”.
“Nated by this situation, specifically to prevent the spread of COVID-19, Hoti has said that the Government of Kosovo has made these decisions Monday: The protective mask is binding; keeping the 2m distance is binding; institutions are obliged to wear disinfectant and masks in immediate locations; citizens over 65 years of age; and chronically ill citizens can appear in public environments only in the early hours of the morning (from 0500 to 10:00) and the evening hours (from 18:00 to 21:00); in municipalities: Pristina, Prizren, Ferizaj, Vushtrri, South Mitrovica, Northern Mitrovica, Gjilan, Fushe Kosovo, Shtrpce, Leposaviq, Zvecan's Zubin Potok from 9:00:00 hours off any circulation of persons out of homes; pit activity suspended in public and private institutions, while one parent does not appear at work; reserve, cultural and sports activities suspended; all malls are tasked with implementing schedules from 0500-21: respecting Manlin for protection from COVIVI out of public markets and religious establishments; government's banary collection; and public government services; Kosovo's most public and public field service; and government government government government government government's (s) in charge; and government government government's local government services are put in motion. Hoti has also been urging citizens to respect measures against the COVID-19 pandemic.
After Hoti, the Parliament Speaker Vjosa Osmani, the heads of parliamentary groups and other MPs were declared on the issue.
Chief Parliamentary Osmani speaking of the COVID-19 pandemic issue, has said that given health emergency, she proposed that at a session, the Bill on Prevention and Management of the pandemic situation be addressed with accelerated procedures.
At the same time, she has said this initiative initiated in April this year was also the fulfillment of the Parliament's obligation to face the Constitutional Court's continued demands.
So we have a constitutional obligation to issue this law”, Osmani said, suggesting that this bill is in procedure in the Parliament, specifically in the Commission for Health.
In addition, Osmani has indicated that today he has prosecuted an amendment to the budget review Law, in order to provide budget for the distribution of highly-useable masks for all citizens over the age of 6.
It has also warned for today that it will proceed with the amendment for budget involvement and planning to purchase a vaccine for citizens over the age of 65, and for all who have lung problems.
Among other things, Osmani has called for overstepping divisions, and on political interests to establish citizens' health.
On behalf of the Vetvendosje Movement Parliamentary Group, the country's COVID-19 pandemic has spoken to Fatmire Mulhrama-Kulcaku. She has also criticised Hoti Government for managing the COVID-19 pandemic.

She has accused the Hoti Government, which, in personal outrage, has not voted the Bill Against COVID-19. Meanwhile, it has proposed a resolution of four points.
On the issue of the COVID-19 pandemic in the country, on behalf of the LDK Parliamentary Group, Ekrem Hyseni, who has said that increasing the number of positive cases has occurred after the opening and release of the measures.
The number of new cases compared to the time of total isolation is normally greater. How can we compare today the number of new cases when the economy, the airport, when the borders are open, with a time when people have been isolated in their homes, and tracking cases has been much simpler, whereas the number of tests far smaller, as well as the citizens' contact has been much less”, said Hyseni, asking the Government of Kosovo to provide masks for citizens, even at low cost, while the enforcement bodies of measures have been more active on the ground.
Meanwhile, on behalf of the PDK Parliamentary Group, Bekim Haxhiu, has proposed several recommendations that he has asked to be voted into after consuming this debate.

This decision should include all officials facing COVID-19 battle daily; The Health Ministry will work at least 1500 health professionals at the level of Kosovo; decentralisation of tests and treatments with COVIID-19, supporting municipalities in managing the situation with concrete plans, as well as the commitment of private hospitals; is licensed to run the private sector to run tests for COVID-19, forcing them to report the results to the Kosovo National Institute of Public Health and the Ministry of Health; authorise the National Public Health Institute of Kosovo to post the public name of persons who have been tested, and who have resulted in a daily report at a daily basis at the Serbian National Institute of Public Health; Haxhiu has said.
Following on for the COVID-19 pandemic on behalf of the AAK Parliamentary Group, Time Kadriaj spoke.
It has criticised former Prime Minister Albin Kurti for managing the COVID-19, including former Health Minister Arben Vitita. Meanwhile, it has been requested by the Minister of Health, Armend Zemaj, that private labs be allowed and licensed to conduct tests at a reasonable price for citizens.
It has also demanded that all state capacities be engaged to overcome this situation as quickly as possible and as easily as possible. “We are aware that the measures taken by the Government of Kosovo hit the country's economy, but that is the only solution to overcoming this situation with the least casualties”, Kadrijaj said.
Afterwards, MPs from various parliamentary groups have shown their views on the situation in the country as a result of the COVID-19 independence. On the other hand, about issues raised and how to manage this pandemic, Deputy Prime Ministers Driton Selmanaj and Besnik Tahiri have spoken, as well as Health Minister Andmend Zemaj.
