Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti and Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, will now hold a virtual “sam, which will be mediated by France's president, Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
This summit, which will be developed through a video connection, aims to reduce tensions between Kosovo and Serbia.
From the Macroni Office, they say this is a French-German summit and of the EU. The EU at this summit will be represented by high representative Josep Borrell.
Holding this Paris summit and dialogue in Brussels comes after the postponement of a meeting between Kosovo and Serbia at the White House on 27 June.
