With this agreement, the basis for co-operation between the Government of Kosovo and the French Development Bank in sectors such as energy, health, water sector, digital technology, professional training etc., Hoti wrote.

According to him, signing these two agreements implies deepening co-operation between the two states.

Besides the support France gives to Kosovo through the European Union, these two agreements mark concrete deepening of bilateral relations between the two countries.
