Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti's virtual meeting with Kosovo Communist heads has ended.
It was discussed in connection with new measures recently taken by the Hoti Government, under the prevention of the spread of the Ovid 19 virus.
The director of the Kosovo Commission Association, Saban Ibrahimi, has said of media that mayors of municipalities have welcomed all new measures that they claim will serve in preserving the health of citizens.
He has confirmed that another meeting will be held next week, as central-level communication with the local pandemic continues.
The local level today has filed other demands, this time for competence in regional hospitals, which has found support from the central level.
Ibrahim has stressed that municipal emergency headquarters are already functional, however, mayors have pledged to support all measures stemming from the central level.
According to them, with the aim of reducing the number of infected persons from Covid-19.
At this virtual meeting, mayors have asked Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti to increase the number of inspectorates in different areas, as well as to increase the working time for the Kosovo Police so that supervision can produce as many results.
