Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti has been declared for the media following his meeting with the Pandemi Management Committee.
Hoti said a range of issues have been discussed, and among them announced that local headquarters have been activated and village headquarters will also be functional.
Prime Minister Hoti has further said that additional capacity has been created with inspectors, while also suggesting that the Sanitarian inspectors have imposed fines for businesses that have respected IKSF measures.
“We just completed the meeting of the Coronavirus-related Committee to agree on further action. A good culture of communication has developed and all institutions that have the responsibility to manage pandemic. We are conveying the situation to every municipality and making adequate decisions in accordance with the situation. They have begun hospital service work in line with the government's decision to supply beds and reorganize human resources in clinics where there is a greater need. Local headquarters are fully activated. What's of interest is the functioning of the village headquarters, so we have full information on such levels. We have created additional capacity with inspectors even by employing inspectors, but with the Sanitarian inspectors who have pronounced fines for those who have ignored government decisions”, Hoti said.
Furthermore, Hoti said they would try to publicise cases that are positive with coronarys, since the same ones are not staying isolated.
He has also stressed that O awarding commission will come to Kosovo The BSH to assess Kosovo's opportunities in longer confrontation with pandemic.
“needs to increase citizen care because there are positive citizens who haven't stayed isolated, so under the law we're going to ask to publicize cases that are positive with coronarys. It is an ethical and moral decision for a positive person to isolate himself. In the coming days, we will have massive information campaign with safeguard clauses and government decisions. We've communicated with the municipalities, they have some specific requirements we discussed today how we can accomplish. Like testing a sample at the level of the country to have more clearly the level of infection. We are considering the possibility of using the database that the Ministry of Health has for age and others and making action protocols. WHO from Copenhagen will send a commission to assess the capacities of our health system to see how long-term Kosovo has the capacity to cope with corruption. I invite all citizens to take maximum care of their health, their lives, other people, the measures to be guarded by the coronary are masks, distances, and hygiene, so simple. It is our duty to take care of these measures. ”, Hoti said.
