Hoti after the Kurz call: Austria to back us for EU integration

The country's prime minister, Avdullah Hoti, has indicated he has held a call with Austria's Chancellor Sebastian Kurz.

Hoti has said Austria will continue to support Kosovo on the path towards integration into the European Union.

“I just made a very productive call with Austria's Chancellor Sebastian Kurz! We discussed many issues about economic recovery and integration into the European Union, which is of great importance to Kosovars and other peoples in the Western Balkans”.

With all the ongoing challenges with David-19, we will continue with deepening co-operation between the two countries, while Austria will continue to support us on our path to EU integration”.
