Although temporary, the government has named the new Telekom board with leading Mehmet Berisha, who was the leader of the Kosovo Department of Privatisation Legal, KOHA reports.
Other members of this board are Teki Shala, who has served in the position of director of finance and budget in the Gjakova municipality of LDK, other members are Blerim Shehu and Kutrim Krasniqi.
Civil Society considers that naming these non-adequate persons has caused public enterprises, such as Telekom, to go bankrupt.
Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Tahiri has defended the appointment of members of the Interim Board of Telekom, saying they have been selected through the CVs.
He has said their names are not related to politics.
