Health Minister Amend Zemaj has clarified that the citizens of Albania and the Presevo Valley will not be asked for a test for Covid-19 with the Kosovo entry case.

This is his full status:
I just met with the ambassador of the Republic of Albania to Kosovo. Kemal Minxhozi, whom I confirmed that citizens of the Republic of Albania entering the territory of the Republic of Kosovo, are not required for COVID-19.
The Government of Kosovo's decision is based on the principle of reciprocity, as a result, no testing is required by the citizens of Kosovo and Albania, nor by our fellow citizens from Presevo Valley.
