I think allowing weddings is the wrong policy”.
Gjilan's chairman says Kosovo has a civil emergency law, and according to him only the Ministry of Internal Affairs is implementing it but not other institutions.
Haziri says citizens, however, should not underestimate the situation with pandemic. He expresses concern that some citizens are not believing that coronavirus exists
