Some nurses have refused to work in clinics where they are treating patients with Covid-19.
Infermies Union Chairman Fitim Havolli has said it is incredible how there can be nurses who don't want to contribute to the fight against the Coronavirus until he says there will be an Independent Commission to investigate more specifically why this happened and what are real reasons, Kosovo reports.
“MCUK has ruled and given full authority to KSFK for all moves within the KKUK where it needs to move this community according to the needs required. We as unions have reacted after some nurses have addressed us with the complaint that the right” was violated.
Havol said that the reason some nurses who have tried to escape responsibility is fear of infection, without other reasons for health.
“I can still believe that there are nurses at KKUK who run away from what they call authorities and try to avoid them for no reason if they have chronic diseases or other dangers to their lives. Director Sami Tahiraj will create an Independent Commission that will assess the real reasons for this event”.
