In the clarification of criminal speculation, Albulen Sadiku, director of the NGO INPO, reportedly had accepted funds from Rockefeller Brothers Fund, with conditioning that these funds pass through to FER. This was done under the directive and orders of Haki Abbas, who was founder of the FIQ organisation.
