Hoti, at a media conference, reported that the main measures to be implemented is the restriction of moving between 9:00 and 05 a.m.
The executive head also announced that in the gastronomy establishments during the allowed time, they will have the right to work outside environments like terraces, and the service will be applied take away “Take Away”.
The measures will take effect tonight by 9:00.
