Government Plans Change of Eight Laws Effected on Economic Recovery

With the changes initiated by the Ministry of Finance was envisioned for the Kosovar Bank for Credient Constance to issue credit guarantees with percentages of cover up to 80 %, attracting 10 per cent of pension savings, applying the reduced VAT rate to 8 %s, and providing hotels, restaurants and food services, allowing AKP means to be used for all budgetary spending categories with the aim of making economic recovery, postponing the tax deadlines to two years from the date of entry into the law, as well as not having to make a statement to influence it without a 20H sentence, and not to write a 20H sentence.
The purpose of this law, for which comments by interested parties will be accepted by July 19th, is said to be to meet and amend certain laws, with the aim of restoring the economy of the Republic of Kosovo after the negative effects caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to policy analyst at the GAP Institute, Berat Thaqi, some measures of the Government programme are not included in this bill.
