According to a new study of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (Cnuced), tourism, numbering some 300 million employees in the world in 2019, is one of the most affected sectors.
The document is based on the World Tourism Organisation's latest assessment (OBT), under which the decline in international travel demand could translate into a decline from 850 million to 1.1 billion international tourists.
