Germany does not recognise tests for Kosovo's COVID-19

The Embassy of the Republic of Kosovo in Germany on the official website at '%Facebook' has published the German state regulation, which applies to those who target Kosovo for holiday or family visits.
The report says that if you decide to return to Germany, you will be forced to report to competent health institutions at the site of residence/standing in Germany and self-aware for 14 days.
“In case of return, 14-day quarantine: If you now travel to Germany by plane, or by way of land by bus or private car, and have stayed in Kosovo within the last 14 days before the trip, you are obliged to appear immediately after your return to the competent health institution in your German residence/standing country and to submit to a 14-day household property. The obligation for domestic/vitism quarantine applies to all subjects (even to German) and regardless of the purpose of travel”, the announcement says.
For violating such a decision there will be high fines, until it is preferred that where it is possible a test for COVID-19, with the aim of cutting quarantine time, as Germany does not recognise any of the labs conducting tests for COVID-19 in the Republic of Kosovo.
A violation of this obligation could result in high fines. If and eventually where it is possible to become a test for David-19 after entering Germany, which would cut the time of isolation, and that's why you place the competent health institution in your residential/standing country. In Kosovo, there are currently no labs, which run tests for David-19, which are known in Germany”, it is said further.
