Germany's ambassador to Kosovo, Christian Heldt, has called street images across Kosovo packed with people, as well as the frequenting of coffee lifts at this time, when the number of cases affected by Avid-19 has marked growth.
Commenting on a donation by the EU Office in Kosovo to the Ministry of Health, he has called on government measures to be respected.
