Military and security issues expert Ramadan Qehaja has said the decision to declare the state of emergency at the present moment of danger by Ovid-19 is unnecessary and does not constitute the form by which the distribution of the virus would be banned.
Qehaja has written on Facebook that the state of emergency is declared only when there is an inhuman danger from internal and external factors, where all other forms would be exhausted and would therefore require maximum physical mobilization of all available resources, where the army is of a common leader role.
I've subsequently ascertained and I continue to argue that arguments to establish public order through the entry into the power of the state of emergency do not stand. Instead, the Government should think of strict forms of deployment that measures by raising the level of inspections and sanctions, always counting on additional support of the structures of order, along with other self-aware forms”, it wrote.
