Explains Mustafa, says Hoti sought to relieve the adviser's post

Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti has made a decision to free Muhamet Mustaf from the position of political adviser for the economy. Shortly after the dismissal, Mustafa reacted, saying Hoti himself wanted him out of office. Mustafa initially showed how the position of political adviser was offered. Mustafa initially showed how the position of political adviser was offered. He said he had refused the post due to the conflict of interest.

However, after three days Mustaf says he learned that he had been appointed political adviser to the economy in the prime minister's cabinet.

Then, Mustafa says he has informed the prime minister that the decision is not under agreement and that he has sought to be corrected.

Mustafa in the end said he himself has sought to clear himself of his duty, so the term “characterisation” in this case is not correct.

Below, find the full writing of Mustafa.

Today, two portals published news allegedly about my dismissal from the prime minister's political council of economy. None of them contacted me in advance. As this aroused the interest of some other media and many of my friends, I have to give this public explanation:
Prime Minister Hoti had a conversation with me, including the Executive Director of Riinvest, ten days (July 4, 2020). Biseda was mainly about the current economic moment and the situation with COVID-19. During this meeting, the Prime Minister opened up the possibility of my involvement as adviser to his cabinet for the economy and the issue of negotiations with Serbia in the field of economy. I thanked him for his consideration and told him that, according to my personal decision since June 2017, I have been drawn from political engagement in institutions and that I have been set for work at the Riinvest Insin as Council Senior. That's why I told the prime minister that I can't accept political assignments by taking on the character and role of the Riinvest Institute, not to create a conflict of interest. The prime minister understood this and we agreed that I potentially have a role in the team of experts who will engage in negotiations. Three days later I made a decision that I was named political advisor for economics, and I immediately wrote to the Prime Minister that the decision is not according to the agreement, asking that this be corrected. Today I learned from two portals that I am “marked” In fact, in the new decision I was sent by one of the portals, it says that I am relieved of this task. But even this decision isn't accurate enough to say “is released with his request” So “characterization” and others speculation are the product of irresponsible journalism. I still remain in the presence of the prime minister of Kosovo, and all the institutions of Xovos, as always before, to give my full professional and political experience, especially in the issues of Serbia reports, always in the quality of the expert, without a position of political entitlement. There's nothing to worry about in this case, except for some media and journalistic releases that can happen and may even be avoided less carefully.
