Kosovo's State Tower will be available to lawyers and potential indictees of the Special Court, family members of the accused, and even the possible acquitted. There will be no transparency for a number of expenses, since the procedures for them will be treated as confidential.
The data is included in three administrative guidelines, copies of which have provided” Koha Ditore”.
Justice Minister Selim Selim Selimi has requested this week that these documents be signed by Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti. The head of government has refused to throw signatures into them.
