EU '%s' supports Kosovo with nearly 10m euros

The EU's support for the Public Administration Reform and Public Finance Management rewards the government's progress in implementing its strategies and in achieving agreed goals between the EU and the Kosovo government. The EU is working with the Kosovo government on these reforms since December 2017”, the EU Office's announcement said.
The European Commission expects the government to speed up reforms in the Public Administration.
“To move this forward, the government must now accelerate the dynamics of reforms. In particular, the Commission expects the government to remain committed to implementing the Public Administration Reform legislative package and to the steps needed to improve the accountability of independent agencies, to continue with macroeconomic policies oriented towards stability and to increase transparency, especially in terms of the use of budgetary funds and public procurement processes”, the report says.
