The EU sends out invitations to technical level, next week talk about the unemployed and the economy

EU spokeswoman Nabila Masrali has told Gazeta Express that the Kosovo and Serbia technical teams will meet next week in Brussels. This meeting is expected to take place following the resumption of talks between Avdullah Hoti and Aleksandar Vucinqi.
A meeting of the expert level, which will follow yesterday's high-level discussions, will be held next week in Brussels. We'll provide more information in the coming days”, Massrali has declared.
Meanwhile, in terms of the composition of expert teams from the two states, the EU Office for Foreign Policy has stated they have submitted invitations for participation and are awaiting news from Pristina and Belgrade.
“We have sent our invitations and are waiting to hear from them”, said in their response, adding that the expert-level meeting will focus on the topics discussed between Hoti and Vuciqi, the unemployed and the economy.
Otherwise, Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti has attended the summit, the meeting that resumed dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia under the European Union's mediation, namely EU High Representative for Foreign Policy Josep Borelli and EU special envoy for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue Miroslav Lajcak.
Hoti and Vuciq have resumed dialogue with the subject of the found and the economy between the two states.
Prime Minister Hoti on the Pressing show last night has said that during the negotiations he has demanded that the archives of the Serbian state -- namely, the Yugoslav Army and Serbia's Interior Ministry -- be opened to resolve the fate of the missing.
As for discussions on the economy, Prime Minister Hoti said that at the negotiating table they have discussed removing economic barriers between Kosovo and Serbia, as well as the free flow of goods.
He also mentioned agreements that have been signed between Kosovo and Serbia under the mediation of Special Emissary Richard Greenell for railway, highway and flight line that can be implemented.
Thursday's discussions will be clarified further at the level of experts from the two states next week in Brussels.
As for discussions that will continue next week, the newspaper Express has asked Prime Minister Hoti's office about the composition of the Kosovo side that will negotiate at the expert level in Brussels.
But the government has not returned answers to the issue.
EU Foreign Policy High Representative Josep Borell has indicated of the discussions that were held Thursday, which he has described as not easy and by disagreement.
Borell has also said that the two states have expressed themselves willing to continue talks, and has urged Kosovo and Serbia to send their teams to Brussels to discuss topics that have been discussed on July 16th.
