The preliminary condition in each case is the Witnesses' obligations in Germany (for example through a work contract) and to become reliable that employment is necessary in economic terms and that work cannot be postponed on time or done abroad (through presenting a confirmation on the part of employers/sufferers). Exception: When the test turns negative

If you can prove that you're not infected by the SARS CoV-2 virus, then these quarantine rules are not worth it.

The testimony should be in the form of a medical certificate. The molecular-biological test regarding the existence of an infection should not have been done earlier than 48 hours before the entrance (so the material must have been taken no more than 48 hours before the entrance). The test must have been done in a European Union state or in a State with comparable quality standards.

In recognition of the German Embassy in Tirana, in Albania the molecular-biological test cannot be done according to will, so without symptoms of the disease.

The alternative for this would be to conduct the test after arriving at the border crossing, or to the place where it will stay.
