Djuric pleads about the book seen at the meeting between Varhely and Vucin

Marko Djurovic, director of the so-called Office for Kosovo in Serbia, has responded to Kosovo Foreign Affairs Minister Melza Haradinaj-Stubla for her comment about the chauvinist book, where Kosovo also appeared with the extension “Metohija” at the meeting between European Commissioner Oliver Varhely and Serbian President Aleksander Vuciq.

Haradinaj-Stubla called this meeting, illustrated by a photograph by Varhely himself, where the book “The Christian Heritage of Kosovo and Metohija” (Kosovo and Metohija Christian exile), more than a diplomatic scandal.

From Varhely's office, Maja Kocijanciq, has clarified that the meeting was held by President Vuciq in Serbia's EU mission rather than the Commissioner's office.

“Taki was received by President Vuciq in Serbia's EU mission (so not in the Commissioner's office)”, Kocijanciq has said of Inseder.
