Determine Court is impossible

In December 2017 with OVL's proposal of the KLA, I tried to get the approval of MPs to break up the Special Court.

But it was international intervention that prevented this from happening.

As soon as the indictment involving Hashim Thaci and Kadri Wessel was made public this year, the debacle of the Special has become a topic of discussion again.

The KLA War Veterans' Organisations have warned of July 9th protest with the goal of calling for the break-up of this Court.

The chairman of the KLA War Veterans' Organisation, Hysni Gucati, in an interview for Online Economy, says it has been against this court given the consequences and damages it will cause Kosovo and the KLA.

On the other hand, Gucati said this court is unilateral and racist.

Even the Social Democrat Party of Kosovo has called for the abolition of the Special Court.

Teuta Rrusta, secretary to this party, said it could not be more damaging to abolish than this court, which equates the KLA with Serbia's war.

Mazlum Baraliu, professor of Constitutional Law, said in an interview for Online Economy that the KLA has fought a defanzi and defensive fight, where a clean fight has been proved in the spirit of international law.

But, according to Professor Baraliu, this court cannot be undone because its mechanism is that apart from the name there is nothing of Kosovo.
