This for news.net has confirmed the vice chairman of the KLA's OVL, Nasim Haradinaj, who said the protest has changed shape due to the coronary situation where recommendations of the National Institute of Public Health will be respected, writes news.
Haradinaj said that more than 20,000 citizens have been confirmed for the July 9th protest, while the new form will be with 99 people in any city where distance will be respected.
“Protesta will be maintained, but given the recommendations of the National Institute of Public Health, our plan to protest with over 20,000 confirmed citizens has been cancelled and we will organise new form so since it is allowed to assemble over 100 people, then we have chosen 99 people, which symbolizes 1999 for the end of the war and when year UNMIK begins its first investigation into the rescuers”, Haradinaj said.
He has further explained that two speeches will be delivered in protest, which will be the same in all cities and protests will last only one hour.
“Prisare is citizens' health and we have taken these steps that are synchronized for each municipality to be organised with 99 people between 12 and 1, will be from 2 speeches, one from the KLA's OVL and one of the former political prisoners and speeches will be the same”, Haradinaj said.
He says that, for the distance, protest organisers will be responsible for each separate city.
The “Remote will each head of the branch and each head of the former political prisoners. So two speeches will be, even in Pristina there will be 99 people and there will be control, we are in co-ordination with the police. Tomorrow at 12 am will begin”, Haradinaj said.
On the other hand, this protest comes after the latest Special Court movements. Consequently, the Specialised Prosecutor's Office has published an unconfirmed indictment against two former Kosovo Liberation Army leaders, Hashim Thaci and Kadri Wessel.
President Thaci has been invited Monday for an interview by the Special Prosecutor at The Hague.
