Coronavirus-infected MPs start procedures to enable online voting

Even this week, MPs will gather at the Assembly hearing. However, some of them will fail to vote for international agreements and resolutions for pandemic.
Votes could fail, as a number of MPs have been confirmed positive with coronarys.
While Chief Prime Minister Vjosa Osmani has long demanded that the possibility of online sessions be considered, such a request has been repeated at the last meeting of the Parliament.
He has also been discussed at his final headship meeting. From President Vjosa Osmani's office has revealed about Journal Express that in the lead when it was discussed, there have been some concerns by parliamentary groups.

During discussions, however, some concerns have been raised by several parliamentary groups, especially with regard to the voting approach and on issues for which a co-ordination vote could be allowed, said the response, until, it becomes known that there will be a co-ordination meeting on this subject at the next chairmanship meeting.
“At the Headship Meeting, it has agreed that over the next week a co-ordination meeting will be held between the Speaker of the Parliamentary Groups and the heads of the Parliamentary Groups to see the possibilities for harmonising attitudes and reaching a potential consensus regarding the contents of the amendment, which would then be put to the polls at the plenary session”, it is now said.
To vote on changing the Parliament's regulation, the votes of 80 deputies are needed.

This means that the amendment to the regulation should be followed in the same way as the procedure of proposing and adopting a bill, including: The proposal by at least 6 deputies, a parliamentary group or a parliamentary commission, the pre-emptive in the Office for Proposals and Parases, the chairmanship and prosecutions further, handing over the Commission for Legislation, Mandata, Imitive, Framework and Supervision of the Anti-Corruption Agency as a functional commission for review and reporting, double-reading.
This procedure, if taken with regular deadlines, takes up to two months, however, if the regulation is averted, it could be followed with deviation from pre-order procedure terms, but by respecting the necessary procedures.
The Kosovo Assembly will hold the session on July 23rd, until, in order of the day, there are the remaining points from past sessions, respectively, voting on five international agreements, which require 80 votes for, as well as two draft resolutions from the Parliament's latest debate over the management of the government's periphery, Avid 19.
Meanwhile at 11:00, the regular plenary session will begin, with ordinary points of the agenda: statements outside the agenda and parliamentary questions.
The session is expected to continue with parliamentary debate over the financial situation in Kosovo Telekom, requested by Vetevendosje GP, as well as parliamentary debate on MP Teuta Haxhiu's request, supported by seven signatory deputies, for the rights of contributing pensioners.
