What conditions must you meet to enter Germany?

Statement concerning conditions to meet people living in countries outside the EU for entry into Germany

Recently, a German Interior Ministry directive has been published regarding the conditions people from outside the EU must meet to enable them to enter Germany.

The trip of all persons from the third countries (out of the EU), who are not included in the list of countries named <x0-positive”, should complete the following:

Travel of people from countries outside the EU to Germany is possible if they have close family members in Germany (it is about family members of the first line, parents, husband/e, child).

The basic conditions of travel must first be met (the valid biomtric passport or long-term visa) and a narrow “of reason<x1 family>). This category includes travel, not just for family visits, but travel to meet with children (under 18) or husband/wife. The list below explains some of the following “narrow reasons for family”, which may be:

- A child's visit (under 18) to parents;

-Road with intention of marriage;

- Visit to attend weddings or funerals;

-A husband's association with German citizenship to Germany/or move to Germany from another country;

-Society of German children from one of the parents, even if the other parent stays outside Germany;

On the other hand, all travelers are required to have with them and can present to the German border authorities the necessary documentation, which testifies to the necessity of their journey to Germany, transmits albinfo.ch.

However, even in the case of appearance, the final decision on access or not to Germany will be taken by border authorities at the entry point.
