BSPKU has called this court ruling unacceptable because it denies the right to benefit over 62 thousand civil servants.

For the Union of Independent Trade Unions of Kosovo, the Constitutional Court's decision to annul the Law of Salaries, without leaving room for its correction in those few conflicting parts is unacceptable. This is denial of the right to profit from work for over 62,000 civil servants”, said in response.

On the other hand, BSPK has said the Constitutional Court has harassed workers' injuries with that decision, and if this wound does not heal there will be social unrest

The Constitutional Court has lost hope to workers of the Republic of Kosovo who have eagerly awaited the implementation of this law. We consider that the Constitutional Court has harassed the open plague of workers, and if this wound does not heal there will be social unrest”, it is said further in BSPK's response.
