Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti, has been hosted at the meeting in Brussels by EU High Representative for Foreign Policy and Security Josep Borrell, Kosovo reports.
This meeting is held under the resumption of Kosovo dialogue process- Serbia after 20 months of talks breaks.
After that, Hoti is also at a meeting with Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, who is being mediated by special envoy Miroslav Lajcak and European Diplomacy Chief Joseph Borrell.
Talks began at 1600 and will continue until evening.
EU Foreign Policy Representative Josep Borrell has made his address before the meeting in Brussels of Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti and Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq.
