Independent Private Sector Union Chairman Yusuf Azemi has stated that about 40 percent of the emergency fiscal means have been misused.

At a media conference after meeting with Finance Minister Hykmete Bajrami, Azemi has said the separate means have not gone to workers.

He has added that these irregularities have been addressed to the prosecutor, while asking Bajrami not to have such abuses in the second payments.

“Ministers have reported on the abuses made in the transport of tools, mainly at the workers' salaries, for which we have given a knowledge that 30-40 per cent of the tools have not gone to the workers, but are misused. We offered a co-operation on eliminating the abuses that were made in the first round and not happening in the second round. We have told (the minister) if abuses occur even in the second round, an integral part of the abuses that she has guaranteed us that the state with all its mechanisms will influence and be present at every angle where the abuses have been made, normal by offering the facts even in”, Azemi stressed.

Azem has called on MPs to vote on the budget revision because it is a shame for them to be able to afford their mouth bites at 170 euros, as a measure from the emergency fiscal package.

The key, on occasion for sharing of second round tools, is to the deputies of the Kosovo Parliament, and I am full of responsibility telling them everything they can be, only MPs can be, because only for their whims do not approve the revision of Kosovo's budget, with which the government is allowed to make the division of tools. Therefore, to sanction a worker's bread animal, which at the end of the month expects him to receive 170 euros and for their wish these MPs do not approve this law, I say everything can be, but not even deputies from the Kosovo parliament. So it's taken for the actions they're doing. Even the minister acknowledged that if the budget review is not approved, then there is no reason why this government” should exist, he said.

Also, Azemi stressed that the meeting with Minister Bajrami has also been talked about attracting 10 per cent of the means from the Trust, indicating there will be no remuneration of tools from the government.

“A particular point has been the withdrawal of tools from the Trust, which for a long time has been talked about how to act, and from the start the minister acknowledged that 10 per cent of the pension trust would remunt, yet today he definitely said that the withdrawal of the vehicles could probably take place, but the Kosovo government will not have the opportunity and power to restore it... We as unions have demanded that in countries where the risk of technical workers and security in which there is uncertainty from the pandemic to continue for two months' paybacks because they are in much more serious condition than public workers and a part of the private sector that does not have high risk of”, he stressed.

Otherwise, legal changes for the Trust in Government have not yet been prosecuted by the Ministry of Finance and then in the Assembly.
