The court has considered criteria against defendants F.B. to be met. and were assigned the same amount of detention in length of 1 month.
“According to the Court, the detention measure is adequate for unhindered development in this criminal case, as if the defendant F.B. was found at large. may repeat the crime by exercising physical and psychological violence against the injury to his wife, who allegedly committed in domestic environments in the presence of their children, creating concerns for children and that the same may have psychological consequences for their future”, the report says.
The side has a right to complaint against that decision at the Kosovo Court of Appeal.
