The Kosovo Tax Administration (ATK) recalls all non-afaring physical persons, business physics and legal persons, that they are obliged to declare and pay their taxes and pension contributions realistically and in time, as defined by the tax legislation.
In order to implement the Kosovo Government's decision, as well as the decision of Minister of Finance and Transfers of the 2904.20, of taking additional measures after confirming cases with COVID-19, ATK had announced extending the deadline for declaration and payment of tax obligations and pension contributions for the three-month period with tax forms I S, IL, QS and QL until June 30th.
So far not all burdened businesses have declared and paid these tax duties, so ATK called on them to declare and pay as soon as possible in order to meet the tax obligations ahead of tax legislation.
ATK suggests that they have now entered the deadline for statements by the same businesses for the period TM2/2020, where meeting the tax obligation must be made by July 15th 2020.
