Aqua warns severe reductions, some municipalities risk being left without water

Currently, reductions have been warned about the Lipjan municipality, but it does not rule out the possibility that if there is not enough rainfall, this week there will be reductions in other areas as well.

Despite warnings, though, some of the eight municipalities have no alternative to providing water for their citizens except the water supply. CRU “Pristina”

The Lipjan municipality in response to news.net has accused the Regional Company “Pristina” that it has no longer co-operated in opening new water supply sources.

The spokesman for this municipality, Didima Bajray, has said these demands have repeatedly addressed, but have found no understanding.

He also said that they have no option but to water, since they have no other water sources.

They can't use any reason for water failure. We have a long time since as a municipality we've offered you the readiness to invest with them with opening new wells with new wells and order the defects that have been in measuring the water supply network. We've been addressing these requests from time to time, but we haven't found understanding. Pristina municipality deputy head Muhedin Nushi, in an intelligence on news.net has said they have not anticipated other water supply sources for Pristina citizens, but he says he believes there will be no reduction due to recent days of rainfall

“The reductions have been warned, but there will be no large reductions due to the sale of rainfall, so the level of Badovci and Batlava have grown sharply and I don't believe there will be reductions. As for other sources of supply, they are not money. While the head of the Shtime municipality, Naim Ismajli, has told news.net, says the municipality he leads is not exposed to the risk of reductions because they have underground resources.

It does not believe they will have water reductions from the “Pristina”, says the Podujevo municipality's deputy head, Nedmedin Rudari.

Rudari has told the news that this municipality is supplied from two sources, so the citizens of Podujevo would not, according to him, face a lack of drinking water.

In the municipality of Obilics, they have said they have not received official reports from the CRU “Pristina, so according to them after there is official reduction notice they will function the supply strategy so that the citizens of Obilici can have regular supply with drinking water.
