These are the new anti-coronavirus decisions made by the Hoti Government.

The government of the Republic of Kosovo has held its tenth collection (Electron collection), at the request of Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti, and in accordance with the Government Labour Rule. With the Health Ministry's proposal, the Government of the Republic of Kosovo has approved the decision on measures to combat the COVID 19 pandemic, which it has assigned the Ministry of Health and competent health institutions to increase their beds and medical equipment relevant to deal with cases affected with COVID 19, including:
·reorganizing clinics within SHSKUK, creating additional beds and spaces;
· Establishing additional beds and spaces in regional hospitals;
· Establishing additional beds and hospital spaces in private health institutions in line with laws in force.
The Health Ministry and competent health institutions are obliged to increase the health staff capacities needed to handle cases affected with COVIDD 19, including:
·Reorganizing health personnel in service of cases affected by COVID 19;
A/Milization of health staff at the country level, including those not currently engaged, according to the needs of health professionals;
· In particular, increase your capabilities in microbiology, obesity, and other services directly related to COVID 19 cases.
The Health Ministry and competent health institutions are subjected to necessary and immediate actions to implement virological tests, including:
· Full use of existing capabilities for testing;
· Establishing new testing capacities in the region;
A-Lance of private health institutions to conduct tests for COVID 19, in accordance with laws in power;
Uh prioritized testing of most needy people.
The Ministry of Health and competent health institutions are committed to sharing the budget needed for purchase:
- up to 100,000 virological tests;
- up to 500,000 vaccines for seasonal flu;
If you need to make orders for the eventual vaccine against COVID-19, in accordance with European Commission and O Protocols BSH's;
T minus 7 tools for testing,
·special therapies for treating affected people with COVID 19 in line with European Commission and O protocol BSH's;
A budget sharing for additional health staff engagement as needed;
· Protection equipment for health personnel as needed;
extra pay for the extra commitment of health personnel.
From July 6, 2020, from 9: 00 p.m. to 5: 00 a.m., any circulation of physical persons outside their homes/banes in the municipalities is prohibited: Pristina, Ferizaj, Prizren and Vushtrri, except:
· In emergency health;
· If the need to care for the sick, for those with special needs, only if the sick or persons with special needs are unable to care for themselves;
· In case of seeking help from relevant institutions, as is the case with victims of domestic violence;
· In case of family member's death;
· In the event of showing the need to go out of the home/banes for the physical needs of animals, but not more than 500 meters from apartment/house (it is not allowed to use these cases to perform any other job or purpose other than established purpose).
Public and private institutions in the Republic of Kosovo are obliged to reduce the number of employees only to the level of necessary staff (continent institutions will explain in separate circuit settings what needed staff represents).
Public and private health institutions are recommended to reduce non-escial health services.
Required by all municipalities to” fully reactivate their local headquarters.
From July 6, 2020, all subjects offering gastronomial services (restorants, cafes, nightclubs and similar ones):
Operation denied from 9:00 to 0500 throughout the territory of the Republic of Kosovo;
Out of this time they can work only in open spaces by respecting the 1.5m distance between tables, as well as Take-away services.
All subjects offering public transport (autobus, nation, taxi) to work half their capacities in terms of the number of travelers carrying to allow for any passenger's space.
The Ministry of Health and relevant health institutions are subjected to building adequate media strategies for citizens' information.
In line with the demands of the Sanitarian Inspectorate, all other inspectors make available their capacities to oversee the implementation of measures in line with the legislation in force.
The Health Ministry is engaged to prepare “Action Plan for implementation of testing procedures with Ovid 19” and bring it to Government for approval within a week.
The Ministry of Health prepares and hands over to Government on a weekly basis the report on implementation of this decision.
The respective institutions of the Republic of Kosovo are committed to taking the necessary actions to implement this decision.
The decision comes into effect on the day of signing, and the same is true until another decision. And when the decision is issued, all previous acts of law that are in defiance of the verdict will be abolished.
At this meeting, the Government has also approved the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development's demand to share financial means worth 1,867,107 euros (a million eight hundred and sixty-seven thousand and seven hundred and seven euros) for compensation of damages caused in agricultural economies from basic natural disasters during January-June 2020, in municipalities: Istogs, Peja, Obilics, Vitia, Sopanik, Mitrovica, Pristina, Drensas, Scikyright, Prizren, Fushe Kosova, Shtimes, Podujevo, Mamusja, Leposaviqi and Gjilan.
After the review, the decision on fulfilling and changing Government's No decision has been adopted. 02/08 of June 23, 2020, for the resumption of flights to Pristina International Airport “Adem Jashari”. With the complements and amendments approved to ANP “Adem Jashari” will be organised at intervals of 45 minutes between the antennas. Time management is done by respecting the N.R.R. application. 2008/6 Joint Rules for the Slovenian Alyxim in Kosovo and the ITA rules (Worldwide Slot Guidelines, 10th Edition), ad-hoc taxi aircraft are not subject to this rule. The decision takes effect from July 9, 2020.
