In Kosovo last few days, the number of new cases has dropped compared to the last three weeks where there has been a significant increase in positive cases.
A total of 459 patients suspected of being infected with coronarys were tested in Kosovo yesterday, and 103 have resulted in positive results.
In turn, the total number of positive coronary cases has gone to 5472, until a total of 2640 patients have recovered.
Calculating the number of patients cured (2640) and deaths from Coronavirus in Kosovo, totaling 124 cases, then the number of active cases is 2708.
Pristina is the city with the most active cases in Kosovo, while the capital has recently provided serial tests with which the population's immunity will be investigated.
And so, out of 2708 active cases as a whole, over 315 patients are being treated at the University Clinical Centre in Kosovo, the Infectious Clinic and Regional Hospitals.
At yesterday's conference, Health Ministry head and Kosovo National Institute of Public Health Director Naser Ramadani said they have increased capacities in several regional hospitals as well.
