VV requires transcripts and processes: The Constitution has been imposed on the Constitution

The Vetevendosje movement reports it has asked the Constitutional Court of Processors and transcripts concerning the president's decree.

Taking into account the importance and great influence of constitutional order and democracy in our country, the necessity to reflect the entire process of review and the Constitutional Court's deployment for the president's unconstitutional decree, today Parliamentary Group of the V Movement Chairman. EARTH! Mr. Rexhep Selimi has asked the Court to be responsible for being open and transparent to the public, and especially to the parties, that in the short term and in authentic forms it will provide us with all the documents, including processes and transcripts reflecting the process of reviewing and making the decision on the part of the Constitutional Court in the Ko72/20 case.

The unconstitutional decree of Presidetti cannot be justified through the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, just as the Constitutional Court's act has been imposed on the Constitution to justify the president. So as a party in this case, we seek to get acquainted with documents that testify on what basis has been argued that could not be argued in light of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.
