Citizens with red and black flags have taken their seat near the theatre building and other parts of this square.
Not everyone's respecting physical distance and they're equipped with protective tools for Covid19.
Today's rally, called by Albin Kurti's party, is taking place on the 21st anniversary of Kosovo's liberation and the 15th anniversary of the foundation of the Vetevendosje Movement.
The day before Albin Kurti said that today's manifestation is a party where music talks are expected, and not protests, but has not ruled out holding protests the following day.
