VV deputies demand the return of reciprocity: Requesting Interpelance

The party led by Albin Kurti has demanded that reciprocity be restored as soon as possible.

“Reciprocity is an international principle based on equality among states. The Republic of Kosovo with its declaration of independence has international subjectivity and documentation or any other form of interaction in international relations can be no different than mutual.

Equality is a prerequisite, while reciprocity defines Kosovo's citizenship in reports with others, and especially with Serbia. It is a constitutional and state duty, in addition to the state's interest that citizens, entrepreneurs and professionals are equally treated without prejudice”, says the report issued by LVV Kara.

In this communiqué, it is written that lifting reciprocity measures is giving up state subjectivity.

“The significance of reciprocity measures is to give up state subjectivity, while allowing the illegal government and not eligiating non-religious appointments at the time, as long as the Republic of Kosovo had begun to respect constitutional appointment, is damaging political and trade setbacks for the state of Kosovo”, said by LVA.
