If US President Donald Trump, his adviser for national security and his emissary for Kosovo- Serbia was unaware of the movement that would make the Prosecutor's Office specialised with that “recognition” that unable President Hashim Thaci's move to Washington, at least two other leaders seem to have much more information.
After the June 23rd meeting of Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, with Russia's President Vladimir Putin, Vuciq, talking about dialogue and meeting with the Kosovo delegation in Washington had warned that important things and of particular importance would happen.
Important things will happen. I talked to President Putin, but I don't want to make it public, because it's of special importance”, Vuciq said three days ago.
Russia as an old ally of Serbia has repeatedly stressed that it will support any solution that is acceptable to Belgrade and that it will receive the blessing of the UN Security Council.
The Serbian president's visit to Moscow occurred on the eve of the scheduled meeting to be held 27 June between Kosovo and Serbia at the White House.
On June 24th, the day when President Thaci was headed towards the US, the Specialised Prosecutor's Office made public a announcement in which with a political and no official language it indicated that he surrendered two months ago an indictment against Thaci and Wessel for war crimes.
This indictment is not yet confirmed by the Pre-Procedure Judge, who has about four months, so the publication of this announcement without confirmation by the Preservation Procedure Judge was outside any professional ethics.
The guiltyness of two former KLA leaders, whose names were made selectively public, and this was a violation of fundamental rights and violation of the Constitution of Kosovo.
