Osmani has said that considering reciprocity as an obstacle implies that he does not want Kosovo to be treated equally.
Hoti today has abolished past government decisions led by Albin Kurti. Removing reciprocity measures has also been the request of the United States.
Full response:
To call reciprocity a barrier means that equality considers it an obstacle. It means you don't want your country treated equally to others. To call reciprocity a stumbling block means that you don't believe that you have sovereign, independent, equal rights, as before in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the country. To relinquish the right to treat equally means to relinquish the right to be treated sovereign as the Republic of Kosovo.
