The many rains caused great floods and landslides. Cristobal has already turned to Louisiana, causing numerous material damage.
Winds reaching speeds of about 85 km/h caused problems on the Mississippi coast. The first units of residences, cars under water as well as fallen trees is this situation that has already included several island towns in Alabama.
The countries of Arkansas and Missouri have also been put on alert as numerous floods are expected in these 24 hours. Authorities have called for people to accept evacuation, as the storm is expected to intensify even more during the following hours.
Cristobal caused floods about a week ago in Mexico, damaging several homes and leaving a large section of residents without electricity.
