Right now, we have no data suggesting whether the virus will become more aggressive or not with changing seasons. We cannot rely on expectations that temperature change will be the answer. We need to focus on public health measures, hygiene and strategies that have proved effective in curbing the spread of pandemic”, Ryan said.
