Twom-euro criminal property seized in Durres

Durres police reportedly have seized assets with criminal resources worth 2m euros.

2m euros are suspected of being seized by criminal activity in the area of drug trafficking and prostitution exploitation and belonging to citizens P. T., 51, resident in Durres, convicted of criminal acts “Drug Trafficking” and “Use Prostitution”.

The seized assets are two palaces and a hotel bar in district No. 13 Durres.

There comes work on tracking, obtaining and sequencing assets flowing and taking advantage of criminal activity.

Property worth 2m euros suspected as evidenced by criminal activity in the area of drug trafficking and the exploitation of prostitution are seized.

Experts for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crime at the Local Police Directorate of Durres, following the investigative work, the investigation and sequentisation of assets posed by criminal activity, referred to the Judiciary Circle Prosecutor Durres, in 2017 materials in charge of citizens P. T., for criminal work “Cleaning criminal offenses or criminal activity”.

Following the actions, following investigations conducted by experts for investigating economic and Finnish crime at DVP Durres, there was the execution of the first-degree Durres Court's criminal decision to deploy the property insurance measure, “Secuestro of assets”, of citizens P.
