According to the embassy's announcement, it is expected that as of July 1, 2020, airlines between Kosovo and Turkey will begin to circulate on regular schedules.

According to the responsible authorities' decision and the announcement by Turkey's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, starting on 11 June 2020, Turkey has lifted restrictions on entry into Turkey at all border points (air, sea and land except those with Iran), provided foreign citizens abide by the defined rules.
According to Turkey's MPJ report every person, Turkish or foreign national, at the moment of entry into Turkey will undergo health control. If they present symptoms, then the test is done. P CR/ COVID-19 free of charge.
Turkey's Ministry of Foreign Affairs also announces that foreign citizens located in Turkey, who, due to the situation created as a result of COVIID-19, closing borders and canceling international flights, will not be penalised or fined.
So, those whose people from the closing date of borders to normalising the situation may have expired with visa or residence (ur. ãomat), no consequences of spending time.
The Turkish Foreign Ministry also suggests that foreign citizens who have concluded the provisional visa-free residence deadline or residence deadline should return to their countries within a month since the normalisation date of the situation almost opened flights.
